Job Description :

They have to maintain a record of requests placed by the guests and make sure they are completed. It is the operator who screens, answers, and routes all outside and in-house calls. A EAPBX Operator has to update the telephone directory with a telephone computer system.

Salary : INR 15,000 – 20,000 Per Month.
